Before Your Appointment

You will be advised regarding preparation for your study at the time your appointment is scheduled. Feel free to call us to confirm. If an emergency arises and you cannot keep the appointment, please call the office as soon as you know. Please don’t be a "no-show" - someone else could have had your appointment time.

General instructions:

  • Make sure you have followed your doctor's orders, i.e., get any needed blood studies completed prior to appointment

  • Arrive at the specified time to allow for registration

  • Notify us upon arrival of any special needs or allergies

  • You may take any prescribed medications as usual

  • Bring your insurance card and authorization of worker’s comp information

  • Please plan to pay required co-pay at time of service

  • Wear comfortable clothing

  • You may need a driver if you will be receiving sedation or medication

  • Parent or legal guardian must be present to sign consent for minors

We encourage you to find daycare for your children as we do not have the resources to tend to them. We will, however, do everything we can to accommodate your needs.
